Live Aboards - long term slips (greater than 3 months) shall not be occupied by live aboards. A live aboard is defined as a vessel inhabited by a person or persons for any 5 consecutive days or a total of 10 days within a 30 day period.

Excess use is subject to surcharge or metering

Annual Slips require First Month and Last Two Months (deposit) to be paid in advance. All slip sizes are min. charges. Dockage rates are based on the slip size or vessel LOA, whichever is greater.

Marina Jack is located on the east side of the ICW, just ¼ mile south of the Ringling Causeway Bridge at ICW marker 8A. Access through Big Pass, New Pass, or Venice Inlet. Call ahead for reservations or directions by phone or VHF 16. Our marina staff is happy to assist in docking to ensure safe arrivals and an enjoyable stay.
