The Executive Chef has prepared a dinner menu that features fresh locally sourced produce, dairy and seafood along with other creatively inspired items from other regions such as Grilled Whole Maine Lobster, and Broiled North Carolina Mountain Trout. His signature Bouillabaisse features Lobster, Jumbo Prawns, Scallops, PEI Mussels and White Fish Poached in a Flavorful Seafood Broth of Fresh Fennel, Saffron, Fresh Cut Corn, Potatoes, Tomatoes and Caramelized Onions Accented with Pernod. All Steaks are lightly seasoned and cooked to perfection at 2,500 degrees and come with a choice of five different toppings. Serving Lunch starting at 11:00 AM daily, the lunch menu features Appetizers such as Lump Crab & Lobster Nachos, Fresh Ceviche and Tenderloin Steak Sliders. An array of signature soups and salads to choose from including matching dressings all prepared in house from our culinary team. The Lunch menu also features exceptional sandwiches & wraps such as Grouper Reuben Topped with Sauerkraut, Swiss Cheese and Thousand Island Dressing along with Spicy Shrimp Wrap with Spicy Mayo, Green Onion and Tomatoes in a Garlic Herb Tortilla. Our wine list is featured in The Dining Room on the second level, or in the Deep Six Lounge on request. The list features a variety of wines from around the world with a focus on California wines. The list has received the Wine Spectator "Award of Excellence" designation every year since 2004.
